Wyoming Valley Art League announces reading of ‘A Christmas Carol’

WILKES-BARRE — The Wyoming Valley Art League has announced its reading of Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol.”

The reading will take place at 4 p.m. Nov. 27 at the Circle Center for the Arts 130 Rear South Franklin St. Members of the Art League and special invited guests such as Erika Funke, Tony Brooks, Ron Kross and others, will take turns reading from the classic holiday text to benefit the Wyoming Valley Art League community outreach program.

Admission is free, but a $5 donation is suggested to benefit the cause. Food and drink will be provided, and parking is free.
