SCRANTON — The Everhart Museum celebrates summer with its 10th annual summer solstice party themed “A Decade of Elegance” starting at 5:30 p.m. June 18, outside the museum at 1901 Mulberry St.

The festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres, open bar and a silent auction. At 7 p.m. honorees Eleanor and George Ginader are recognized followed by dinner and a live auction. At 9 p.m. music and an after-dinner dance party begins.

The event is the museum’s largest fundraiser of the year, and space is limited.

Catering is provided by Constantino’s Catering & Events, and music is provided by The Jim Buckley Trio and DJ Jamie Granko.

Tickets cost $125 per person, $150 for patrons who wish to be listed on signage at the event and $1,800 for patrons who wish to sponsor a table. Tickets are available at www.501auctions.com/everhartmuseum.
