Mock Sun. $6. Mock Sun will host a pre-single release party, where they’ll perform some of hte songs featured on their forthcoming album. They’re supported by Spook School, Lauren From Worriers and Spur. Music starts at 8 p.m. Sunday, May 15, at The River Street Jazz Cafe, 667 North River Street, Plains. Doors open at 7 p.m.

Friday the 13th. $5. Prague, Czech Republic musicians, Them Darned Teenagers, share a bill with Designer Drugs, Frank Ziggy and ItsWhatsWhat. Music starts at 9 p.m. Friday, May 13, at The Other Side, 119 South Main St., Wilkes-Barre. Drink specials are available all night long. All who attend must be 21 years old or older.

Rally for Rico! $10. This celebration of live music aids in reducing the cost of Rico Pierelli’s monthly cancer treatments. The 12-hour benefit will feature music from Delirium, Mountain Sky Orchestra, Sucker, Umbriel, Zayre Mountain, Clever Clever, Jay Morgans, Terry Childers, Robb Brown and many more. The fundraising event starts at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 15, and goes until 1 a.m. May 16, at Ole Tyme Charley’s, 31 South River St., Plains.

Umbriel. $5. Enjoy an acoustic night with Umbriel starting at 9 p.m. Friday, May 13 at the Susquehanna Tavern, 167 Susquehanna Ave., Exeter. The musical evening will also feature A Season Underground and Silhouette lies. Those attending must be 21 years old or older to attend.
