SCRANTON — Hosted by Hectic Management and Promotions, NEPA Musical Mixer VII will take place at 9 p.m. March 19 at the Irish Wolf Pub, 503 Linden St. Designed by Hectic Management owner Stephanie Hill, the musical mixer series aims to bring diverse groups of musicians together to mingle and meet wider audiences.

Musical Mixer VII will feature five acts. In her DJ debut, Daltonai will spin what she defines as electro/fem. Electronic musicians The Flubwubs will also make their debut followed by seasoned electronic artist Quoth with his penchant for bass-heavy compositions. Having just finished a tour, indie pop-rock duo Skip Monday will be backed by a full band, and Weatherly rockers The Slow Surrender will close the evening.

There will be a $5 cover for patrons the evening of the event.

A press release from Hectic Management said the promotions company presents nights of equality and diversity, all based in a strong love of the local music scene. Also in that release Archbald artist The Gary Goblins was quoted as saying, “The Mixer series is not only a great way to reach a broader audience but is also great for local artists to connect with one another.”
