Halloween is quickly approaching. Everyone is on the quest to find the perfect costume. Whether you are going for something scary, sexy or funny, the varieties and options are endless. When you are in a relationship, it’s often fun to get costumes that play off of what your mate is wearing, so if your costume is the ghost to his Ghostbuster, the Hillary to his Trump or the naughty nurse to his doctor scrubs, trick-or-treating doesn’t have to stop at the streets. Why should your costume have to only last one night? Bedroom role-play with costumes is a fun and exciting way to keep the flame in the jack-o’-lantern lit all year long.

It is inevitable that in a long term relationship, your sex life has the possibility of becoming repetitive. Not that it is any less fun or doesn’t feel as nice, it just can start turning into the same old routine. Introducing costumes and role play into this routine is a surefire way to spice up your pumpkin.

The benefits of role-play games are endless.

Not only does it give you the opportunity to pretend to be someone or something else for the night, but depending on how into the act you get, it’s a great way to take down some of the sexual walls or inhibitions that you may have when having sex as your plain old self.

Perhaps you have always wanted to get into playful spanking or consensual bondage but were too shy to say something to your partner. A delightful lion tamer costume equipped with whips, paddles and ticklers may give you the courage to open that door while in the role of someone or something else. You are the one in control instead of being the cowardly lion.

Role-playing is all about fantasy.

Perhaps you have a special fantasy in your mind that you wished to enact but never confessed to anyone. You should be able to open up to your partner about these feelings. Surprising them with a costumed appearance in bed is a great way to start that conversation. Actions do speak louder than words, after all. Halloween season is the ideal time to start getting creative with those ideas. Not only are there a variety of costumes available, but it makes for great foreplay wearing that costume in public at a Halloween party before getting home. The flirting and buildup can last for hours so when you get home you are really fired up and ready to go for a night of hot passion.

Whether your fantasy involves seeing Alice’s wonderland or having Spiderman shoot his web, Halloween is the ideal time to introduce role play to the bedroom. Show your partner your tricks and they will definitely reward you with some very fun treats!
