What would your last meal be? Something gluten free, plant-based, soy free, corn free and oil free. Probably a tasty potato dish with vegetables, a freshly made juice, and good company to share it with.

What accomplishments are you most proud of?: Loving the people in my life who are important to me; Being able to collaborate with and meaningfully helping people at challenging times in their lives as a social worker; Enrolling in a Ph.D. program in Gerontology; Having the honor of being an Assistant Professor of Social Work/ Field Director at Misericordia University, where I am fortunate to have the opportunity to work with great colleagues and social work students.
What 3 things can you not live without? Truth, Guitars and it would be a close battle between my Vitamix blender, chefs knives, rice cooker, juicer, or my Instapot cooker
What do you do for fun?: I play a number of musical instruments and like to write music. I used to paint and sculpt, and plan to seriously make art again in the future. I thoroughly enjoy adventure, international travel, and sharing new experiences and meals with people. I like rock climbing, kayaking, and yoga. I have a list of hobbies that I would like to add to my life when the timing is right, like root cellaring, shaving with a straight edge razor, and possibly becoming an aerial yoga instructor.
