WILKES-BARRE — On Feb. 4 hundreds of people gathered for a Rally for Refugees and Immigrants on Public Square. The peaceful event was organized by Religious Sisters of Mercy, the Peace and Justice Center of NEPA, the Islamic Center of NEPA and the Jewish Community Alliance of NEPA.
