Heath Andrew Williams, son of Shannon and Richard Williams of Mountain Top, is celebrating his tenth birthday today, April 14, 2016. Heath is the grandson of Carolee and Harry Williams of Swoyersville and Barbara and Tom Mulligan of Allentown. He has a brother, Colin, 12.
