Neo-psychedelic rock band Flux Capacitor returns at 10 p.m. March 3 to the River Street Jazz Cafe, 667 N. River St., Plains Township. The trio of brothers, Pete, Jason and Mike Specht hail from the Reading region and have grown their following by steadily touring and playing festival dates to showcase their progressive electronic funk rock. Benefit Show for Planned Parenthood. Admission costs $10 at the door. Four bands will come together to entertain for a good cause from 8 to 11 p.m. March 3 at The Other Side, 119 S. Main St. Wilkes-Barre. Maniac, Spur, Worn and Far Away Places will share a bill and all proceeds will go to Planned Parenthood. The event will also feature raffles and a bake sale. Pittston Parade Day at Cooper’s. The breakfast buffet costs $15, and the dinner buffet costs $17.95. Pittston St. Patrick’s’s Parade patrons can enjoy music, drinks and entertainment from 7 a.m. to midnight March 4 at Cooper’s Waterfront & Cabana, 304 Kennedy Blvd., Pittston.
