WILKES-BARRE — Just for Laughs’ 2016 Stand Up Comedian of the Year, Sebastian Maniscalco will perform at 7 p.m. Feb. 11 at the F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts, 71 Public Square, during his Why Would You Do That? tour.

Maniscalco is known for his weekly podcast, “The Pete and Sebastian Show.” He is featured in the 2016 season of Jerry Seinfeld’s “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” and in upcoming feature films “The House,” with Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler, “Cruise” and “Nut Job 2.”

Maniscalco’s stand-up comedy special, “Sebastian Maniscalco: Why Would You Do That?” premieres at 10 p.m. Oct. 1 on Showtime.

Tickets for Maniscalco’s Kirby performance range from $42.75 to $253 for a VIP/Meet & Greet package. They go on sale at 10 a.m. Sept. 30 and are available at the Kirby Center box office, by phone at 570-826-1100 and online at kirbycenter.org. A pre-sale for Kirby members begins at 10 a.m. Sept. 29.
