PLAINS TWP. — Country music duo Montgomery Gentry will perform at 8 p.m. Oct. 22 in the Keystone Grand Ballroom at Mohegan Sun Pocono, 1280 Highway 315.
The renowned act has cultivated a place in country music since 1999, and they visit Northeastern Pennsylvania to perform their latest studio record, “Folks Like Us.”
According to a press release from MSP, the album, which features songs written by Nashville songwriters like David Lee Murphy and Chris Stapleton, is an ode to small towns and dirt roads with a little more electric guitar work than Montgomery Gentry fans have come to know.
Tickets for the Oct. 22 performance start at $29 and are available at the Mohegan Sun Pocono box office, online at ticketmaster.com and by phone at 1-800-745-3000.
Over the course of their nearly 20-year career, Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry have sold millions of albums, charted five number one singles, received a multitude of music awards and been inducted into the Grand Ole Opry and the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame.
