Taste on the Beach: From 6 to 9 p.m., Aug. 5, Long Beach will host a food, wine and craft beer festival. The Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival: On Aug. 6 and 7, head to Flushing Meadows Park for the 26th anniversary of the Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival. Solar One on the East River of Manhattan (at Stuyvesant Cove Park) will host the festival on Aug. 6 from 4:30-8:30 p.m. Over 30 ciders will be available for sampling.
