MOOSIC — FuzzFest fans enjoyed a night of live music; Kevin Sinnott, 24 enjoyed an answer.
The United States Army serviceman, who’s stationed at Fort Campbell on the Kentucky-Tennessee boarder, returned to Pennsylvania to take his girlfriend, Becca Keane, 23, to see one of their favorite bands — and to ask her a very important question.
“We went to high school together so we talked about marriage before but it was the perfect opportunity; what better place than at the Weezer concert? Me and my girlfriend love them, you know, we grew up in the time frame… it was just our generation of music,” said Sinnott, a Philadelphia native who calls Reading home when he’s not on base.

We asked our readers to share their engagement stories with us.
Here’s Heather Simoson and her fiance, Mike van Horne’s story.
My boyfriend and I had an apartment fire (a building which he owned) at the same time we were scheduled to buy our dream home — papers and offers signed!
However, because of the fire we had to revoke our offer because we needed to be sure the insurance was going to pay for the damages to the apartment building. We lost everything and had to stay in a camper in the parking lot for about two months with no running water!
On top of that the insurance was taking forever, and we found out there was another buyer for our dream home. So we were pretty bummed. One night, Mike called me and said “Hey, come to the house. We are trying to make one last offer, we are meeting with the owners to see if we can work something out.”
So I left to meet him, the Realtor and the home owner. I pulled up to the house, knocked on the door and he answered it. I was confused a little thinking, where is everyone else? Then he got down on his knee and said “I bought the house yesterday and will you marry me?”
I said yes and we are getting married August 20!
If we can get through living in a camper with no water for months without killing each other, I think we will have a long and happy marriage.
