Songwriter’s Confessional: First Edition. $10. Local songwriters Robb Brown Dustin Drevitch, Aaron Fink and Adam McKinley bare their souls for an evening of original music starting at 7:30 p.m. June 2, at the Downtown Arts Center, 47 North Franklin St. Hosted by McKinley and James Yamrus, the evening features each songwriter in solo acoustic fashion for a 30 minute set, and patrons can expect a few collaborative covers as an encore. Reality Distortion Field. $5. Local musician Evan James will host a DJ night featuring a mixture of hip hop, dance, electronic and new wave.
