WILKES-BARRE — Los Angeles based electronic musician Robert DeLong is bringing his dance-pop soundscapes to Northeastern Pennsylvania.

DeLong will perform at 8 p.m. April 2 at the F.M. Kirby Center, 71 Public Square, as part of the “Live from the Chandelier Lobby” concert series. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. March 4 and are available at the Kirby Center Box Office, by phone at 570-826-1100, and online at www.kirbycenter.org. Tickets cost $15 in advance and $18 the day of the show.

Kirby Members can take advantage of a special pre-sale beginning at 10 a.m. March 3. Members get the first opportunity to buy, and patrons can sign up to be Kirby Members by calling 570-823-4599, ext. 225.

DeLong has gained international notoriety with hit singles like 2013’s “Global Concepts” and 2015’s “Long Way Down” and “Don’t Wait Up.” A Kirby Center press release said his latest album, In The Cards, “boldly swirls electronic strains — techno, house, drum & bass, electro, trip-hop — with rock composition and emotive soul.”
