The Pittston Memorial Library is sponsoring a health fair in the library’s new conference room from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Oct. 7. This will be the library’s first health fair.

Twenty-eight vendors have signed on for the event and the library will have information available regarding their Grandparents Raising Grandchildren program.

Rite Aid Pharmacy will offer blood pressure screenings and provide flu shots.

The fair is free and vendors will offer free seminars throughout the day.
