Legendary Grateful Dead lyricist Robert Hunter will visit the Wilkes-Barre venue at 7:30 p.m. that day.

What

…will rock band Trapt be up to when they take the stage at the Sherman Theater on July 5? The band will perform its entire self-titled debut CD live, one that features hits “Headstrong” and “Still Frame.”

Tickets for the show go on sale May 2 at noon and can be purchased via ticketmaster.com, charge by phone at 800.745.3000, at all Ticketmaster retail locations, and at the Sherman Theater Box Office. Tickets are $13 in advance and $15 the day of the show.

On May 4, the Luzerne County Historical Society will hold its Fourth Annual Classic Car Show at the historic Swetland Homestead, located on Wyoming Avenue in Wyoming. The show runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and is open to any vehicle: classic cars, race cars, muscle cars, tuners, trucks, motorcycles, choppers, and bicycles. Entry fee is $15 per vehicle, but it’s free for spectators.
