The Pocono Food Truck Festival is the Poconos’ only food truck event featuring food trucks from the home region, New Jersey, New York City and Philadelphia. On Oct. 18 and 19, in 401 Hollow Road, East Stroudsburg, there will be delicious street eats in the mountains that will satisfy your taste buds. Tickets are $7.50 for adults and $6 for children on Oct. 18 and $13 for all on Oct. 19.
The Pocono Food Truck Festival will also feature two live bands, monster truck rides, scenic chairlift rides, Mark Clark’s Juggling Show and the FMX Freestyle Motocross Show. Patrons can expect to see riders jumping ramp to ramp, more than 50 feet off the ground while performing stunts such as the superman and kiss of death.
The festival will serve as an endpoint to a motorcycle ride to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). Shawnee Mountain will donate $2 for every paid ticket through the gate to the MDA. It is a nonprofit health agency dedicated to curing muscular dystrophy, ALS and related diseases by funding worldwide research.
Local food truck from Kingston, Around the Table, will be participating in the event.
